We deliver end-to-end MEPF solutions for infrastructure utilities and building projects, covering design, installation, testing,​ and commissioning, fully integrated with BIM systems and compliant with international and Saudi standards. ​

​Mechanical Works: HVAC systems, chilled water systems, VRF, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, compressors, and​ mechanical equipment for utility plants and buildings. ​

Electrical Works: MV/LV networks, transformers, SCADA, street lighting, traffic signals, backup systems, ​lighting, and power distribution. ​

​Plumbing Works: Potable water, TSE, sewage, storm drainage, manholes, lift stations, internal hot/cold water​ piping, sanitary fixtures, and greywater systems. ​

​Firefighting Works: Fire mains, hydrants, pumps, tanks, sprinklers, hose reels, fire alarm systems, and NFPA-​ compliant pump rooms. ​

​BIM & Standards: 3D coordination with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. Compliance with NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC, SMACNA, IEC,​ Saudi Building Code, and HCIS.
